Description: A new traffic control game developed by the ITS Institute and Web Courseworks lets high school students try their hand at working in the engineering and transportation field. “Gridlock Buster” is a traffic control game that incorporates tools and ideas that traffic control engineers use in their everyday work. Players must pass a series of levels while acquiring specific skills in exercising control and fixing situations in a simulated environment.

Consortium for ITS Training and Education (CITE)  
Description: CITE is a unique organization of universities and industry associations focused on providing comprehensive advanced transportation training and education. To date, CITE has developed over thirty interactive web-based courses and offers three advanced transportation certificates. CITE offers courses for transportation technicians, professionals and college students. Courses for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available directly through CITE. Courses that will count toward a specific college degree are offered through CITE's University Partners. Also, CITE now offers five of its courses in Spanish responding to the increasing demand for ITS training to Latin-American professionals.

Costs Database - U.S. DOT ITS Program  
Description: Database provides the ITS professional community with quick and easy access to costs data to be used in developing cost estimates of ITS deployments.

ENTERPRISE Program  
Description: The ENTERPRISE Program is a pooled-fund study with member agencies from North America and Europe. Its main purpose is to use the pooled resources of its members, private sector partners and the United States federal government to develop, evaluate and deploy Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
