The following states presented information on their Contra-Flow Plans: Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. The majority of these states had implemented their Contra-Flow Plans in recent years. This allowed for all participants to learn from the other states’ Plan deployments.
