      • Region sends Form 2560 to ITS Program Office representative (Elise Kapphahn)
      • ITS Program Office sends form and letter documenting conformance to:
        • FHWA
        • Regional Contact
          • Original sender
        • MPO Representative if applicable
          • SEMCOG
          • TCRPC
          • GVMC
        • Retain a copy for Program Office records
    • Does NOT conform →
      • Fill out rest of form documenting CHANGE INFORMATION including: Describe Requested Change; If the Proposed Change Impacts any Market packages, list those market packages; If the Proposed Change Affects Any Stakeholders; List those Stakeholders; If coordination with impacted stakeholders has occurred, Describe the Results if applicable
      • ITS Program Office reviews form
        • Approve and sign form if filled out correctly
        • If form not filled out correctly resend to Regional Contact
      • ITS Program Office sends form and letter documenting conformance to:
        • FHWA
        • Regional Contact
          • Original sender
        • MPO Representative if applicable
          • SEMCOG
          • TCRPC
          • GVMC
        • Retain a copy for Program Office records
  • ITS Program Office documents conformance and non-conformance for next ITS Architecture Turbo Database update

Slide 8: Architecture Administrative Update

  • Relatively low cost short term project
  • Being done in collaboration with Kimley-Horn
  • Performing administrative updates to the majority of regional architectures
  • Goal is to have true conformance between all architectures and be able to update all together in the future.
