    - FHWA

      - GVMC
    - Retain a copy for Program Office records
- Does NOT conform →
  - Fill out rest of form documenting CHANGE INFORMATION including: Describe Requested Change; If the Proposed Change Impacts any Market packages, list those market packages; If the Proposed Change Affects Any Stakeholders; List those Stakeholders; If coordination with impacted stakeholders has occurred, Describe the Results if applicable
  - ITS Program Office reviews form
    - Approve and sign form if filled out correctly
    - If form not filled out correctly resend to Regional Contact
  - ITS Program Office sends form and letter documenting conformance to:
    - FHWA
    - Regional Contact
      - Original sender

Relatively low cost short term project
Being done in collaboration with Kimley-Horn
Performing administrative updates to the majority of regional architectures
Goal is to have true conformance between all architectures and be able to update all together in the future.
